Special instructions for the Pick-up:
Once you have collected your luggage, or if you have not checked luggage, let us know shortly before leaving the terminal, by phone at +34 634 37 38 52 The meeting point is in front of the arrivals building on the ground floor. Leave the terminal through exits B or C and cross the street under the bridge towards the airport parking building to the Parking G. The minibus will take you to our office in less than 10 minutes.
Special instruction for drop-off:
You must deliver it to the same office where it was delivered (you will find a QR sticker inside the windscreen) Make sure to do it on the date and time of the contract, if you are ahead of the schedule established in hours or even days, please contact us so that we can assist you without waiting. It is important that you deliver the car with the same level of gasoline with which it was delivered, as well as the interior cleaning of the vehicle. when you drop off your car, if you need the shuttle service to pick you up or if we need to take you to the airport, if you need to leave your car at the airport, you must park it in the car park above the coffee bar as you exit the airport; continue straight on to the car park above that bar – this is the car park mentioned earlier – and park on the 3rd or 4th floor, leaving a photo showing the exact location so that the parking space number is clearly visible, Also, take a photo of where you’ve hidden the key – you can leave it inside the car or on top of a wheel or something – and send it to us via WhatsApp or Gmail, and we’ll send you a confirmation when we collect the car.
