No, we do not take any deposits. The price you see is the price you pay.
One of our friendly staff will meet you at the airport terminal with your car.

Special instructions for the Pick-up:
Online check-in 24 hours prior to pickup is mandatory for the Meet and Greet service. Once you have collected your luggage, call us to notify us of your arrival and go to the +2 floor following the ‘Departures’ signs. A Top Gear employee in bright orange clothing will be able to help you. He will check your documentation, the payment and the signing of the contract. And now you can enjoy the car!
Special instructions for the Pick-up:
Once you have collected your luggage, or if you have not checked luggage, let us know shortly before leaving the terminal, by phone at +34 634 306 431 The meeting point is in front of the arrivals building on the ground floor. Leave the terminal through exits B or C and cross the street under the bridge towards the airport parking building, there we will be waiting for you next to the “Bar Coffee”. The minibus will take you to our office in less than 10 minutes and once there we will check your documentation to sign your contract once paid. And with this, you will be ready to enjoy one of our cars!
Special instruction for drop-off:
Drop-off instructions: You only have to return the vehicle to us at the same point that you picked it up in the ‘Departures’ area of the airport. Make sure to do it on the date and time of the contract, also remember to call us 10 minutes beforehand to notify us of the delivery. You must deliver it to the same office where it was delivered (you will find a QR sticker inside the windscreen) Make sure to do it on the date and time of the contract, if you are ahead of the schedule established in hours or even days, please contact us so that we can assist you without waiting. Yes, you can. Here is our cancellation policy:
“-Cancellation conditions for prepaid reservations: To obtain a refund of the prepaid amount. If you book with TopGear directly and you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will get a full refund. If the cancellation is made between 48 hours and 24 hours before your arrival, a 50% refund will be made. If the cancellation is within 24 hours before your arrival, no refund is applied. If the reservation is prepaid to a third company (intermediary), TopGear is not responsible for refunding the amount. You have to contact your agency”
Please inform TopGear Mobility (contact-us) about the crash, theft, breakdown, fire or act of vandalism affecting the vehicle inmidiately.
You (the main driver), in the event of a crash, shall send TopGear Mobility, within forty eight hours after the accident happened, all the data about the other party and any possible witnesses, by filling in an accident report called the ‘Declaración Amistosa de Accidente’ (Mutual Declaration of the Accident Report) stating the license plate number, the name and the address of the other party, the circumstances of the collision, a sketch of the accident, the name of the insurance company and, whenever possible, the insurance policy number, which is all signed by both the drivers involved in the accident.
Please, DO NOT abandon the rental vehicle, without taking the appropriate measures to protect it.
No, you can’t. It is completly forbiden and in the case this happens a fee for special cleaning will be charged.
Yes you can, but please do it with dog/cat carrier, otherwise a fee for special cleaning will be applied.
